This year, we supported the Christmas campaign of Osteuropahilfe Pirna e.V. 🎅
2 members of the association were on site. The transport included 4 cars with 4 trailers fully loaded with Christmas parcels, food, and furniture. Everything was unloaded and sorted in the warehouse in Rupea. Packages were already delivered to the women’s shelter in Medias and to individual families on the way there. In Rupea, there were gifts for the municipal garbage collection. Then, partly with the chairman of Nowero and the chairwoman of Eltera, we went to the Tiganien in Rupea, near Brasov, and in Fiser. Individual families were visited, the Catholic community in Rupea received packages, and the school in Viscri received a visit from Santa Claus.
These were intense days and we met many lovely people. We thank Osteuropahilfe Pirna e.V. for the great organization of the campaign and all other involved people and projects.
