Apple harvest at the Educational and Meeting Center
Every year, the harvest and processing of the various apple varieties at the Educational and Meeting Center is a greater challenge for us. This year, we were able to partner with a project partner for further processing. This allowed us to harvest all five different apple trees at once. The result is amazing. 12 large bags of fruit were collected.
Of course 😊, there was still plenty of fruit left on the trees, so the children can continue to make apple pie and compote with Elvira and Maria and enjoy it in the inclusive school project.
